who have been established as Bond Tracker system users.
This portal provides a secure connection to Bond Tracker. In order to connect, you will need to first
be authenticated using the user name and password that you were issued by the Oregon State Treasury’s
Debt Management Division.
If you have questions regarding this website or Bond Tracker, please use the email button located at
the right end of the menu bar, to contact us.

ActiveX control not installed or not enabled
The Terminal Services Client control is not available. Before you can access Bond Tracker
through this website, you must install and enable the Microsoft Terminal Services Client
Control. In most cases the control is installed with Windows by default.
In order to run the necessary Terminal Services Client Control you must be using one of the
following Operating Systems.
- Windows XP with Service Pack 3
- Windows Vista with Service Pack 1 or greater
- Windows 7
In most cases the Control is installed with Windows by default. This message is typically
shown because browser security settings are preventing the control from being used, or
the “add-on” control is disabled.
Your browser may be set to ask you if you want to run ActiveX controls. See the illustration
below. If you see this message at the top of this page, click the message and choose "Run ActiveX Control".
If you are using Windows XP with Service Pack 3, you may need to enable the control in your
browser. To do this, follow the instructions below while still viewing this page.
- To enable the add-on in Internet Explorer 8
- Click the Alt key to show the menu bar.
- Click the Tools button, and then click Manage Add-ons.
- Under Show, click All add-ons.
- In the right pane, find the section titled Microsoft Corporation.
- In the Microsoft Corporation section, right click the add-on labeled
Microsoft RDP Client Control... and choose Enable.
- To enable the add-on in Internet Explorer 7
- Click the Alt key and then click the Tools menu.
- On the Tools menu, point to Manage Add-ons, and then click Enable or Disable Add-ons. The Manage Add-ons dialog box appears.
- In the list of add-ins, search for the Microsoft Terminal Services Client Control ActiveX control or for the Microsoft RDP client Control ActiveX control.
- Click the control, click Enable, and then click OK to close the Manage Add-ons dialog box.
- To enable the add-on in Internet Explorer 6
- On the Tools menu, click Manage Add-ons. The Manage Add-ons dialog box appears.
- In the list of add-ins, search for the Microsoft Terminal Services Client Control ActiveX control or for the Microsoft RDP client Control ActiveX control.
- Click the control, click Enable, and then click OK to close the Manage Add-ons dialog box.
- Restart Internet Explorer.
- Browse to the Bond Tracker website again and try to Login.
If you cannot find the Microsoft Terminal Services Client Control in the list, you may
need to reset Internet Explorer to it's default settings. See the steps below.
- You should consult your Technical Support staff before resetting your browser.
- Click the Alt key and then click the Tools menu.
- From the Tools menu, choose Internet Options.
- When the Internet Options window appears, click the Advanced tab.
- Click the Reset button located towards the bottom of the Advanced tab.

ActiveX control not enabled
The Terminal Services ActiveX Client control add-on is not enabled. You must enable this
ActiveX control before you can access Bond Tracker.
To enable the ActiveX control add-on, click the warning message on the Internet Explorer
information bar at the top of this page, and then click Run Add-on or Run ActiveX Control.
If the Internet Explorer Information bar does not appear, you can enable the ActiveX control
by using the Manage Add-ons tool on the Tools menu of Internet Explorer. Follow the instructions below.
- To enable the add-on in Internet Explorer 8
- Click the Alt key to show the menu bar.
- Click the Tools button, and then click Manage Add-ons.
- Under Show, click All add-ons.

To enable the ActiveX control, click the warning message on Internet Explorer Information bar, point to Add-on Disabled, and then click Run ActiveX Control. When you do this, you may see a security warning. Make sure that the publisher for the ActiveX control is Microsoft Corporation before you click Run.
If the Internet Explorer Information bar does not appear, you can enable the ActiveX control by using the Manage Add-ons tool on the Tools menu of Internet Explorer. If you are unable to do this, please contact your network administrator.

The ActiveX control is included with the Remote Desktop Connection 6.0 client update. You can learn about this update and download the installation package by visiting this website.
After you install the package, you must refresh this Web page to see the list of RemoteApp programs.
